Negativity and its Antonym

In comparing we judge ourselves unnecessarily, we are consumed by competition followed with guilt if we do not somehow measure up.  We worry incessantly about things yet to happen,  and start blaming ourselves or fall into the fear trap that we have lesser to offer people who do not even matter. We regret that we ought to have done things differently, and that vicious cycle starts over again.

If only we can let them go,
We be happier beings on earth.
